You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to departure and receive a full refund. If you cancel after that period, the seat will become non-refundable.

The Concierge will send a text and let you know an approximate time to be in front of the hotel where you were originally dropped off.
Yes, so long as they are NOT required by state law to ride in a car seat. Currently, California state law requires children to ride in a car seat until they are at least 8 years of age or are at least 4ft 9in tall.
Yes, this is solely based on availability. If the date you are requesting to change your reservation has availability, High Roller Express™ will allow you to change the reservation at no cost.
High Roller Express™ expects everyone to be adults. We pride ourselves on respecting everyone regardless of who they are. If the concierge determines that a client has had too much to drink, they will no longer be served any more alcohol. The client will be asked to be respectful of our other clients in the vehicle. We will give the client every opportunity to be compliant. If the unruly client continues to be a disruption, the driver will stop the vehicle and have the client picked up by the local law enforcement for disorderly conduct and drunkenness in public. The client will then be banned from using our services in the future. No refund will be provided to the client.
The driver is on a time schedule; as such, High Roller Express™ will only pick up and drop off at hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, from as far south as the South Point Hotel to as far north as the Stratosphere Hotel. We will also pick up and drop off at the Rio and the Palms Hotels as well.
Unfortunately, based on the size of the vehicle, we cannot accommodate any pets or service animals on the vehicle. If you do arrive at the pick-up site with a pet or service animal, you will not be allowed to board the vehicle, and no refund will be given.
